Join us for a transcendent musical experience as The Royal Gorge Philharmonic presents a world premiere event, "Great Are The Words of Isaiah," a profound Cantata inspired by the Biblical Old Testament writings of Prophet Isaiah.
In collaboration with the combined choruses from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, and the esteemed Cadet Choir of the United States Air Force Academy, this event marks a significant cultural moment for southern Colorado. Under the masterful direction of composer and conductor Gerald Willis, and featuring the talents of soloists Katherine Adam-Johnson (Soprano), Amalia Dobbins (Alto), and other distinguished performers, the Philharmonic and Chorus bring this orchestral and choral masterpiece to life.
